What is Promotive.com?
Promotive.com is an online purchasing platform for Pros. Manufacturers work with Promotive.com to provide Pro access to discounts on gear. Our manufacturers contract Promotive.com to host and administer pro purchase portals or retail training sites. All software and software functionality is Promotive.com driven. All products are manufacturer driven.
How do I participate?
You must be a Pro to participate in Promotive.com. Enter your email address and code provided by the manufacturer to gain access and register. You will receive two emails after you register. One is a reminder of your user name and password and the other must be used to activate your email address. You can't order products on Promotive.com until your email address is activated.
How often should I participate?
As often as you like, as long as you don't exceed any buying limits set by your manufacturer. We continually update product lines on Promotive.com for each season.
Help! I forgot my Promotive.com Username/Password!
No problem, just hit the "Click Here if you lost your password" link. Enter your email address or username and we'll send you an email with your password.
How do I login?
If you have already registered, enter your email address/user name and password. You do not have to re-register each time you visit Promotive.com.
How do I know if my pro application was approved?
Many times emails from Promotive.com are blocked by spam blockers. Please check your spam and make sure noreply@promotive.com is on your approved sender list. If you deleted or never received the email please call Promotive.com support at 888-814-4763.
Help! It won't let me login!

How do I change my password/email address?
Simply log in and click on the My Profile link that appears in the top-right corner of the screen. Then click the Change Password or Manage Email Addresses links below.
Does Promotive.com sell my contact information to other companies?
Absolutely not. Your privacy is important to us, so all of your information is kept strictly confidential.

Orders

Where is my order?
Ordered products are shipped directly to Pros at their home addresses, but the process can take 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please be patient about your order! Companies ship products out as fast as they can.
Whom do I speak with about my order?
If you have a question about how to place an order, please contact us by filling our our online form. If you have to track an order or have specific product questions, we will refer you to manufacturer dealer service departments.
When will the item I want be in stock?
Promotive.com updates inventory regularly for most manufacturers. Availability changes often - if a product you want is out of stock, check back soon.
Is it ok to buy stuff for my friends and family?
Don't use Promotive.com to score deals for your bros, your significant other or even for your Mom. Our manufacturers trust you to be responsible so please don't abuse Promotive.com Pro discount rules. Manufacturers will not ship your order if abuse is suspected.
Why is there a transaction fee on my order?
A transaction fee is applied to orders to cover the costs associated with fulfillment of your order. If a transaction fee applies to your order the amount will be shown during checkout and on your order confirmation. Shipping charges will be applied separately based on the delivery method.
